as far as the bolt goes...i have breakbeam eyes, so dying the bolt is perfectly fine.

you could always just stick the bottom part of the feed neck in the dye and leave the bit where the eyes go above the dye as you carnt see that part when it is all together anyway

hummm yeah i was actully jus thinkin that...however that means more effort. lol i was jus gona put it in a bucket...leave it an hour and come back...
but im jus lazy.

aint got a clue mate you could try and just fill the bucket up just enough to cover the feedneck then let the tray sit on a small box or somthin so just the neck is under.

yeah...screws are as follows...
without screw head...i measured 2.0cm
with screw head i measured....2.3cm

Screw head diameter...0.6cm
