i actually achieved something!

I jus want to quickly say thanks to every1 who helped me out with my questions etc...
now what i did was pretty much modded my egg to the max.

1st off, i got took apart my smoke hopper...

then i went out and bought sum car paint...which after buying, i sprayed the 1st layer of my egg...red!

After doin this, i waited bout 10 mins...then got the next can out for the final layer...black!

To pass the time for the shell to dry, i did my own little bit of gaff...

i waited bout 30mins for it to completely dry.
then i put it back together and hey prosto!!!!

Now to stop the battery door from breaking all the time etc... i read on another post that this can b fixed...
And it can!!!!!!
This mod is easy...you simply get a couple of screws...drill...some arryldite (cant spell this) and a few spare o-rings...

Now i thought that maybe to give this door a little bit extra hold, i shuld put 1 on the back...

Now all this has been done...i wont have any problems with this hopper no more and i now have a nice red/black fade hopper to go with my n.m.e!!!!

That looks great house.

Just as a note though. Might be an idea to get hold of some spray paint from a model shop as it flexes more and cracks a lot less after time passes.
You may be able to get away with it by getting some clear coat varnish from the model shop to seal the inside a bit better.

Please do not take these notes in anyway deflamatory to the good work you have already done.

I did that with my egg, red to silver fade to go with me ego. Looked the shizzle, im loving the battery door invention thing.

Shame my egg cant keep up with my ego!

So might have to try the fade with reloader shells.

does this mean your going to do the feedneck?if so wont this affect the eyes in the egg????might not do but its worth a thought,just sold a clear egg aswell should have kept it and painted it.
