They're #6-32, and I believe they should be buttonhead for the Hybrid grips, not countersunk like the stock Ego grip screws (as well as shorter so they don't go through the solenoid.) Strangely, I have exactly that type of screw available, proper stainless steel with allen key heads, in bags of 6. PM for details.
