HPS advice needed for preset regs + UK regulations

Honestly Officer. I dont live in the UK, my plane flight has been delayed for the last 2 years. Thats why I am using a DOT bottle over here.

the pure energy reg its self is 70 quid from london paintball supplys and hse 1.1 4500psi bottle is about 150 quid i think probably wrong on the bottle price

Legally a qualified airsmith in the UK shouldnt fill a DOT bottle because they are not considered up to HSE standard. You cannot get a DOT bottle tested to HSE standards, you send of a bottle to Planet or whatever they'll drill a durty great hole in it, saying that its illegal to own one in the UK and its their duty to make sure it cant be used.

Now I'm confused

My Max-flo was pretty much an original I got it as soon as Planet started selling them in early 95.

The bottle markings read

Structural Composites Industries
Pomona California
TC-3FCM-206
DOT-E 7277 3000
ALT 374B

It went to Planet for retesting when I started playing again and came back tested and passed with a little sticker on it under a shrinkwrapped protector saying Tested 11/01.

From what I'm reading this should be impossible.

Do I need to change my bottle, does the fact that the bottle has been tested to UK standards mean it's OK or am I just missing something?

Any advice welcome
