I'd love to attend an inter team scrim day/walk-on at that place, specially after the second field is up, the playing surface looked sweeeeeeeeet as. Plus it is like ten minutes from my house

I think it'd be great to have a place in essex that caters just for tournament style play as a walk-on, or somewhere that holds regular scrim days along the same kinda lines as D7's.
