i have asked a quite similar question before, herse what they said:

http://www.p8ntballer-forums.com/vb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=14911

and basically i hold my marker in a way that i stick my bottle through the bow of the arm i hold the grip with, with the other hand i hold the frontgrip. and forget about long dropforward, i find it very uncomfortable if my bottle is so far away from the marker. i use a mini-drop cause of the air system i use, but i would use NO drop at all if it was possible.

i tend to hold my marker central to my body making it easier to shoot with my off hand and also keeping the hopper inline with my head to reduce my profile. i also try to tuck my elbows in so that they dont stick out and make my profile any bigger than needed.
am trying to force myself to use the front grip on my impy at the mo, so that i am holding it more stable for fireing

a good idea is to get your marker and go stand infront of a mirror and see what sort of profile you are showing. practice moving round a corner with you marker up ready to shoot and try and reduce what you are giving an opponent to shoot at

Damn straight dude.
Seriously. Looking over the hopper gives such better vision.

Ps. Why you still in the country? You should've been deport... i mean gone on holiday already.

The appeal was successful and I get deported on the 24th, get to shoot up some any refs in lime green jerseys at m25 before I go too which is a bonus ;).

But from the hip is the mutts nuts, plus having a long ass drop get's the wrist in nice and comfy.

Get Off My Field! NOW!
Personally since i'm right handed i hold the gun in my right shoulder... and since i play left field front... having my gun dug into my shoulder helps me keep tight.. also i look down the right side of my gun.. it kinda makes you tilt your hopper left into the barricade thus resulting in your barrel, hands and a little bit of your arm out on the right side of the barricade.. best technique ive found....

yeah i suppose that sums it up, what ever is comfy for you works best but at the same time you should aim not to have 3/4 of your body hanging out when you shoot!
