What marker is this volumiser on, the reason I ask is that you may have used the wrong term for the part that you have a leak coming from, but any O ring that fits is fine the white/clear are better but then if aren't forever taking the thing apart the black nitrile ones are fine.

Well having never actually held one in my hands, although it is basically a spyder clone, the only reason I can think that you have a leak is that the threads on the volumiser are screwed or at the very least the volumiser isn't fully screwed in other than that.... dunno.

Yes, but make sure it is the threads first...before you ask they should appear to be even with no nicks or burrs...the same applies to where the volumiser screws into the body...if the body is damaged...then you are in a world of hurt cos that is gonna cost lots. If the threads on either part are damaged...it raises the question what the hell were you doing in unscrewing/rescrewing it in the first place, cos as far as I know there isn't an aftermarket volumiser for the marker, so there was no reason to remove it. Just saying that for the future with any marker you buy don't fiddle with it, get an airsmith to work on it, if they screw it up they have to repair it with the cost going to them not you !!
