Regardless of my opinion. Players not cheating isn’t enough of a requirement to validate something as a sport.

I couldn't disagree more. A foul in football is like excessive bonus balling. Cheating can seriously effect the way a game could pan out.

Although the below has nothing to do with paintball it has everything to do with this thread.

you cant just say that no one can talk to the refs, what about paintchecks/ calls on players etc?

cookie hit the nail on the head really...get people that WILL not be intimidated by a player, no matter who he is or what team he plays for. Obviously you cant just bring in people with ASBO's that dont know anything about the game...

or

more marshalls per field in genral .....(to cut costs down make 2 teams a event marhsal for privlage points)...

like he said servere charge for the team . if a player cheats...............

or marshals to check paint stains on people jerseys (infact no thats **** )


or just a simple compition that has alll of above rolled into one ..
and teams who do not enter-must be cheaters
