1stly you need to find a picture/animation that will fit 70/70 pixels, copy its URL (right click on the pic/animation, only if its small!!!) and click on properties.

Copy the URL. (now follow steps here)

Click on user settings

Scroll down to where it should says change avatar.
DONT CLICK THE CHANGE AVATAR YET"!!!

Paste the URL of the pic/animation you have chosen into the text box (its blank in the same table cell of the change avatar)

Now it should display the URL.

Now you can click "Change avatar".
If you did this right it should display the avatar in your posts.
You dont have to make a new post to see it, just check back to your old posts.


AND PLZ DONT COPY MINE!!!!!!!!!!

Just to confirm, Ices before when we clicked change avatar it would not load the screen where you can enter the file location and then upload it. E*B*R made the changes possible to load the image.
