Silentbob - yep, turned off the eye and now cycles correctly - cheers for that. Phew - though for a minute it was fuuked!
Is it just me, or do these things kick quite a bit? I've only ever owned Angels so maybe it just takes a bit of getting used to?
Still sounds like air is escaping at some point around the 3-way though. Tried putting my fingers around the pipes on the 3-way but doesn't seem to make much difference?? Any thoughts?

Make sure the thing is set to factory fast, you can do this from the button inside the grip, it's all in the manual, if you haven't got the eblade manual I think it's on Planets site.
..and yes they do have a bit of a kick as the backblock cyclers but it's not that bad, it doesn't affect the firing but I can see it being weird if you're not used to it.
leaking air, do you mean it's leaking when not firing? It shouldn't do that, make sure the caps are on properly and the hoses are tight.
