I started playin in 1987, I played against the Thunderbirds in those dodgy suits. Robbo used to wear a beret in those days and Tigerstripe Camo's. The first Hook Wood event where a 12gram and £1.20 for TEN paintballs was the order of the day ! No outta skool monkeys charging around with 15BPS machine guns. A game for the Laser dot sight, silencer and the sniper.

Jacko is still playin in the states, but he's the only one I know to who is still at it, he must be at least 50 now.

Well I am 38 this year, started in 1998 with an automag. Them dam pesky Angel things then came out...with wooden grips!!.
We still played in the woods, then hyper ball and supair came out, we moved from the woods, and the markers just got faster and faster.......co2 left the building and we all met H-pac....
I have used Angels..LED,LCD,A4fly,Impys,shockers..both the old brick and new slimline version,Vikings,Cockers..Ebladed and not, and even a Timmy.
I have been forced to stop playing, by the wife!! a couple of times, but still keep comming back.

Times keep on changing........now its "ramping" that has forced a change. The tournies seem to be about the same for the last few years, teams come and go, but the numbers seem the same, the events all look the same, approx 4 fields and a couple of "trade" stands.

Whats next????? indoor events????

Ron has the advantage of being indestructable. It reallly doesn't matterhow many times you shoot him, hes still taking you with him.

Damn, first game was revolver like pistols and 12 gram! cost an arm and a leg for 10 'balls but at least 30 would last a day


Still hitting the fifty, and supermans are where its at (Bupa is cool with PB injuries, Nurofen works a treat)
