at a site i dont think age is a bit of an issue but at a tournament its experience. no matter what age you are. but even if you started young you have to be of a certain age to have gained enough experience to marshal well and someteams will pick on younger marshals if they think they can so its all down to the individual person.

Legally you HAVE to be 16 to marshal weither it's on a site or a tourney, But yes there are jobs like site bitch or tea slave pot bitch ect that you can do at 15

Sadly my best tea bitch is now 16 so can escape to the feilds to get shot at by customers. I do have a few new ones in training but the perfect cuppa is elluding them still
