I never understood how the guys I play with can get through more than a case - I generally use half a box and that's on a good day! Or maybe I just don't miss as much?
your either very good and aim very well...... or you do what i tend to do and fall asleep in the corner of the map
around two cases but always have some left over. i buy alot of paintballs from ebay

At a training day i will use 2-3 cases over about 6-7 hours of training but i guess i'm in a privileged position with sponsorship that provided paint at trade prices so its quite a bit cheaper and also the training is intense so the use of paint is just going to be high, on a walk-on day i would use an average of 1-1.5 cases
I feel so inadequate... I rarely go through more than 400 balls on a day of woodsball. I tend to only shoot at what I can hit and sneak around a lot.
Around half a case for a day of woodsballs 9-12 then 1-3, but thats against the renters and I try not to steer them away from the sport.
Playing diamond wars I normally get through about 1000-1500 rounds
