Commonsense??????
Common fackin sense ?????????????????

You are kidding me Mak ain't ya, you quote 'commonsense' as part of an insult to Oppy and then ignore it.
FFS Mak, don't you realise just how stupid that makes you look?

If the industry were selling over a million markers per month then.....no I can't continue with this anymore.
Mak, you are a fool, the number sold isn't even in the same order of magnitude and I truly have given hope that you could ever engage your brain before opening your mouth and I should have listened to Duff when he suggested earlier that it might well be an impossible request as he has failed to see any evidence whatsoever of you possessing a brain, or even renting one .... Mak, try and keep things simple, don't speculate, in fact, try talking about subjects that you are conversant with.
I know it might get boring talking about beer and porn but save us all from any more of your ignorance...please.

In others words go ****ing do one

in the UK mark there are between 1800 and 2000 paintballers. To get this figure you look at how many registered players with the PA there are (1500 roughly) then look at the other two major tourneys (UKM/NSPL) they usually get around 40 teams of around seven players so take a calculated guess at how many teams play both 5 man and seven and play up north and down south leaves you at about (1800) add the rec heads which total around 300 pure rec heads and not those who play tourneys and rec.

Take england as the 51st state and apply that to most of the american states and you'll get summat like 110,000 pure all out paintballers (rec and tourney) and not just punters who go every so often. (my maths isn't that bad - its more an educated guess as there's more ballers in the US.)

You can pretty much apply the english model to the rest of the world.

Take a look at at the american sports association figures if you want to know how many people play at least once a year in the states.

Hope thats of some help.

But how many of those Spyders were sold to rental sites rather than private owners? How many are "retired" or sitting at the bottom of a cupboard somewhere, or on the local rubbish tip? And how many years has it taken Kingman to sell 1 million markers?

Well, quite...I forgot to expand on that, but that was also my view.
It is a job to say really...well, almost impossible...someone from Planet or Dye etc, could offer us some figures maybe, that would give an idea maybe...but...really...you have no hope of knowing.
