How long til we get paintball on TV in the UK?

its been done - and been done to death.

great for coming up with the idea but i think everything has been tried - hence people now realise it will never happen - let alone that its impossible for someone who doesnt play ball to understand, find it remolty interesting and entertaining or even give a monkeys - they would rather be watching eastenders - which i hate to say it i probably would too cos they would have some ****ty commentator that spews out garbage and patronises you - unlike nicky t - best commentator ever

Paintball on TV would be gay anyhow. Theres no way they can cover live games correctly, its been tried so many times before. If pball is gonna hit the box it needs to be in a documentry format or directed with a decent plot and an even better cinematographer. It gets really tiring very quickly to hear kids talking about paintball on TV like its the holy grail. It's been tried quite a few times now and unless someone can pull something above and beyond out of the bag it just aint gonna happen anytime soon.

Fact is paintball is still associated with guns and combat to your average joe of the general public so why would people watch teams run around a bouncy castle for 30 minutes when they can watch dudes get blown up and shot up with simulated real bullets on their favourite action show?

I was just thinking how great it would be to be able to watch paintball matches on TV, anyone got any opinions on how long it'll take for some company to eventually get round to doing it?
