How long should a hopper last....?

There have been quite a few reports of revi's etc with snapping necks and broken shells of late and I wondered what people would consider to be a resonable life time of a hopper?

I have had an Evo II just under 2 months and the lid has cracked and split. I have used this about 5 times and think I should be within my rights to send it back for a replacement/refund?

However, am I being realistic in expecting this to get replaced?

How long do you think a hopper should work for the amount we pay?

Well, suppose you treat it well, pack it safely and it just breaks through normal use.

For example, in my case I was merely opening the lid to tip a pot of paint in. Wasn't even during a game so not rushing or anything...

Dark, I am not having a go at the Evo II - just asking how long a user can sensibly expect their hopper to work/not break for...

Regardless of make/model.

your retailer is bound by UK law, but might try to get around it by saying that he will sent it back for repair or will have to order parts. Try ringing Brass Eagle/ Viewloader customer services direct you might be surprised at their response, if you have problems

Right, on the EVO II it's 90 days. Well I think that's a bit pants to be honest. My Halo is 12 months!

Still - at least I should be in warranty for it...

I think it should be at least 6 months on any hopper...
