not quite. If they choose to sue - which has been a case in previous cases - not quite sure what for - probably child benefits that they missed out on or something - **** knows.
But if they go down that route and succeed in getting you to court or whatever then unfortunately you cant really ignore them
.A load of us from school were planning to go down and do this until some bright spark pointed out a case where this had happened. The money is definately attractive and apparently UK sperm banks are low at the moment
