Running a 2004 Strange Impulse, around 6 beeps dwell and 150psi input and get around 1000 - 1200 shots from a 68ci. Strange internals though, no NDz yet 
. But i am happy with it and H-Pac are happy to give me some air when i play if i be nice .
Overall every impulse is different, even stock impulses are different to the nest stock imp.
You just need to spend some time with ya marker, a full tank, paint and a chrono. Once the marker sounds right in the cycle, then you can start fiddling. No point trying to complicate matters if it aint shooting right in the first place.
