The best thing you can do is just play. Find a site and a team get as many other teams you can to come down and shoot the s**t out of you after a while you wont want to get shot and you WILL learn. It’s also good to have someone who knows what there doing watching you and giving tips, or at least that’s what I found helped.

There's loadza ways to practice:
Set up a target and practice snap~shooting with both hands to improve your game

You can buy 'T~balls' Durabounce target balls (got 'em myself)

Play with a team and work on the stuff your not good at i.e:
calling
offhand shooting
decision making........etc,

Just think...............

All the possibilities!!!!:p :p :p

Make yourself as lean, mean as a fighting machine and you can make outrageous moves look simple.

Such as breakin for the 50 in 2-3 secs easy.

Work your..
-Abs
-Shoulders
-Legs(make em supple)
-Back(make this supple too)
-Crotch(will laugh at hits)*cough*
-Ankles-This is important as p8 makes the ankles take a lot of stress if you are thinking of being a player on the front/mid.

-Another drill is having your marker in your hands in various positions so you get used to it.

-Snap shoot punks on the telly(ezeee)

-Strengthen your legs to a suitable running capability, being slow on a field is something you can do without.

-Get pads and practice dives, but watch how you land though.
(without gun for 10 or more dives 1st)

i know it may sound sad but i spend alot of time standing in my room infront of my mirror with my gun as if i was playing checking my profile, to see which parts of me are showing when they shouldn't. also you can practice your snap-shooting visibility, you may not be able to shoot the paint but when you do you'll have a better profile due to the practicing. whenever i'm bored aswell i tend to just pick up my gun and just practice shooting with it with my left hand(i'm right handed), it helps to shoot faster and better with it because in tournaments you really need to learn how to shoot both handed.
hope this helps:)
