The one I installed on the Matrix of one of my teammates says turn all the way OUT, and then turn IN until marker cycles......
At least, that's what I remember (which ain't saying much).

That seems to make more sense. The forums are full of two schools of thought - The "Ins" and the "outs". Trust me to pick the wrong one
