ive been trying to get my gf to play for a while, and with her birthday coming up, i said she could choose any gun she wanted no matter what the cost, fcuk me i have never been so insulted....

"if your gonna spend that much money on some sh*t like that then i dont even want a present and you can p*ss off if you think your getting anything good for christmas" was the reply i got.

I can think of a couple of things that might help. First, if she is afraid she will play badly and get hammered you can point out one impirtant fact to her. Women, unlike men don't grow up on a diet of crap Rambo type movies. So when they play, they can usually run in and shoot up alot of guys who are usually rolling on the ground doing way cool combat rolls and other stupid stuff that they learned in said movies. Its kind of like shooting beached whales(don't use that example,women prefer to hug dead wales). Secondly, from my years of experience as a pb ref, about one in twenty women enjoy paintball so much its as good as sex. So if she plays she has one chance in twenty of actually getting some for a change.
