trust me kidzero, point of both elbows pushed into center of chest, will work guaranteed.

Try it now without ur marker, see what position your hands r in........kind of like holding a paintball gunleft arm front foregrip, right hand on trigger shooting with middle finger.

Tell me if it works

The one advantage the eggyII has is the slanted to vertical feed neck!

When i am going to be playing out right side of a bunker for a while i swing the eggy to the left, so that when i am shooting out, the hopper is always concealed behind the barricade.

It works for me and gives the view across the vertical feed alot better!

Playing tight is hard but it wins games so... :D

okay, i was out to play this weekend, AND i have tried it all. i've tried arm out, and hopper out. to me it made no difference. the field was short and when i got hit the ball opened anyways.

for the hopper discussion: i played my rico AND my new halo b. i have been shot on both one time and both times some balls broke INSIDE and f*cked it up :D :D :D .

Something I tried at the indoor recently was to keep the hopper in but to also have my right arm resting on the bottle so it was in line with the marker/hopper etc. It also meant I was able to work around the 50 and be seen at the very lat minute.

I would recommend, as no doubt it has already been said, that you try different games using different techniques and see what feels good for you.

Guys or gals that stick their hoppers (irrespective of type/manufacturer) out first tend to be easier targets.

I´ve tested your approach at home with a mirror (the hopper out first) I find this very hard to do actually!! When I play I come out the other way..

I find that coming out your way, you have to strech your body a lot more. Comming out with your hopper first is like a tilt in the hips, whereas the other way you use your hips to move the upper part of your body sideways... So plain physically if find this harder to do...

Like someone else pointed out, keeping your elbow pointing at your stomack, will produce a smaller target. By coming out hopper first you show yourself before your barrel clears the barricade and you can fire, giving your opponent more chance to react. When you go back in your barricade your hopper will be in last.

On sub air you get another advantage from keeping your hopper in. If you use a longer barrel, say 14" You can set up the shot before coming out. Stand in your barricade with your hopper tucked in and use your barrel to push the sub air, this way you only show your barrel, half your mask and a small part of your shoulder. It is also quick to get back in, you just stop pushing the barricade.... ;)

Try it out, it takes lot of practice to play tight!!

If it's a sup airball field, I press my gun up into the bunker and peek out past my gun. When I see a shot to take, I whip out my gun fire 3-4 shots and press it up into the bunker again. My paintgun is always in my face the entire time so it only takes a flick of the wrist when I see someone. With hard bunkers, I have to just keep it out of sight. I need more upper body strength to keep it up my face so it's kind of tilted down. But once I start snapshooting, it's up in my face again as I peek out past my gun.
