Mine's a no-rise.... twister I think, not a clamping.

If you get a no-rise and cut and sand down your feedneck, you can lower the profile of your hopper right down (mine almost touches the back of the marker.

get a q-lok, which i think is the standard one on the nerve, its impulse threaded or something. They are nice

I tried a Reloader on my Ion a week ago at a tourney and it just blew soup out of the front. I have to say I didn't have time to fanny around changing speed settings or anything. Oli from Halloween (SP tech) said Reloaders are dreadful on Ion's and to go with a Halo, which is what I'm doing.
Cue plenty of people saying "I've got one on my mine and it's no trouble for me..." but that was my experience and the advice I got from someone who was shooting an Ion and really knows his on-ions *baddumtish*

No dis-respect to Oli, but first try lowering the settings on your Re-loader B? Setting 1 will happily feed your gat the 15bps constant stream that rebound gives
(Ask anyone at Flashpoint on Sunday - we had three Ions on Reloaders spitting bullets without any problems all day )We (London Tigers Am squad) are running a mix of Reloaders and Halo's on our Ions and have had zero problems (even in the cold snap lately) - most likely cause of problem would be your paint.
What he said. Reloaders on high settings are notoriously harsh on brittle Paint. As the cold likely had an adverse effect on your Paint making it mega brittle, try adjusting your reloader settings before wasting anymore cash.
i don't know to much about all this guys , but if the max cap for a ion is 15bps , im sure the egg 2 with a z board feeds that happly? correct me if im wrong? , so why would you wont to spend more money on a heavier hopper?
