they try to get as many in as possible,
we play few hopper only games for quick turnaround, its quite relaxed has a street ball type feel to it ie if you are ready to play get on the field and play no set teams (unless you wanna stick to the same teams) its real fun and you get some good advice from the refs as they have a fair bit of experiance.

Your marker will be enough to get you up and running.
Nice pair of googles, JT Flex 7s are comfy and look good.
Good jersey. Take a pick really, Empire, JT, Proto etc.
Elbow pads, Dye C4s are nice, make sure you get a tight fit.
Dye c5 gloves
Decent pants are necessary, planet have a nice selection.
Dye C5 Attack pack are comfy and carry alot of pots, can be customized to amount of pots you want.
