Sorry, if you don't even compete at one of the two dominating formats in competitive pball you aren't super no matter how many peeps want to place you in some mythical Top 12.
As to what legitmately constitutes "super" I think it's actually a silly notion because in essence the comparison is between Pro level teams and everyone else. What's the point of making the comparison at all? Are the New York Yankees super compared to all the minor league teams in baseball? I suppose so but so what?
The only legitmate comparisons are those among teams of presumably equivalent level and as Arsenal doesn't play Xball and 7-man is fractured staking the claim they is a super-team seems premature if not fanciful. But, you know, whatever makes you all warm and fuzzy.
