I did my duty
I sent a letter. Tis as follows:
Dear 19,
The article you have written about paintball is a complete misinturpretation of what the sport is all about. Paintball is a sport played for the adrenaline rush, the excitment, and being able to forget all about what report you have to do for school, or what your next workday has in store for you; not pretending to kill other people and play the role of a Terminator.
Everyone that knows the slightest thing about paintball knows it is a very safe and friendly sport- most 'ballers even talk to the opposing teams during breaks between game, and the few times I've played, have seen nothing but good sportsmanship. Sure, one time or another you'll fnd somone who swears at the opposition and has a bad-ass temper, but that is quite a rare thing to encounter in this game.
In fact, paintball is a great way to make friends, and gain respect from your fellow players. So you see, paintball is not the sport you made it out to be; as it is a fun cooperative sport with pleanty of sportsmanship- like conduct.
