that`s a CP reg your showing there mate ( custom products ) I know them well !! trust me on what I`ve already posted. used to play with those regs but screwing into another devise on the gun being a filter. Just to lower the Psi. TOO MUCH BOTHER and Bulk, Times have changed and everything has evolved so now everything is High with a few exceptions to Myth Reg that has a spring inside, comes standard = middle to high but if you want a low , you just ask them to put another spring in .. done . and the other is a Ninja Reg that Has shims inside = comes high but if you want to change to low , just take out some shims to desired amount required. .. Please don`t muck around if you don`t know what your doing. give it to someone that does. on the other hand it`s not rocket science, I`m sure you`ll be ok mate.

sorry mate, but that is not a CP reg in the pics Gary Jones have posted up :)
The pics show a PMI reg.

Just to clarify also, CP regs are sold with either Low pressure (450-550psi) and High pressure (800-900psi) . Yes pressures can vary when bought new, as the few ive had in the past were tested by myself as well as the boys down at LIPs.
As previously said, the true output can only be tested with a gauge, as i myself have bought CP as well as the PMI kits to change the pressures in the past.
