help needed

There is a possibilty that the ball detents are allowing the ball to roll forward slightly making the gun think that there is nothing there.

Take the barrel off and look down the breach with the loader on. Turn the HALO on and look at where the ball is sitting. There may also be a problem with the HALO not feeding. If this is the case the balls may not be forced down into the breach once the first shot is fired.

Okie doke, try this:

• Turn the Shocker on and put it in Vision mode (No paint and not aired up)
• Pull the trigger a few times. You should here it beep on each trigger pull (not the solenoid clicking. Also the first trigger pull won't beep)
• If you get a beep then Vision is working - if not, then it's shagged.

Also, well done on finding a allen key to fit... Damn, it's a stupid size to have.

Russ

Edit: Oh Jesus - I guess it's the Cornish coming out in me... I was just thinking; if your eye is working then it would shoot anyway  I think I might just have to dye my hair blonde! :D :D :D

Edited again: Righteo, I've been looking around on the Internet for (can't be assed to revise) and it could possible be your eye ribbon. You may need to replace it. Available from SP or some SP tech. Other people have had the same problem, and replacing the ribbon seemed to have solved it.

Yup mate, does sound like it. The ribbons don't have the best reputation.
If you can, try and get someone at LTPAINTBALL to fit it for you ;)

Yes, that is also true. The eyes on a Shocker are soldred on by hand so are not always prefect. Just depends on the vision of the chappy doing it.
