Is it a constant leak from the hole?
You say it was fine and then when you stripped it started?

Does not add up to me?

The armature is the little pin that goes into the solenoid housing. You need to remove the bracket to get the armature out. Leaver the bracket off with a flat headed screw driver. **make sure you do not damage the coil around the housing when doing this**

Its probably a bit of crap inside the housing or sat on the face of the armature.

its not the armature as i have tryed the one from my stock board

i cant find a single thing wrong with any of it it just wont flippling work wich i dont understand as it worked fine the day before and just doesent now :S

any way it could be anything to do with the dwell settings or any other setting on the board?

Change your dwell setting, i fiddled my dewll setting and it made my ion do this, changed it back and problem was fixed

Basically involves opened up the grips and using a combination of the programming button, trigger and power button to change the dwell. Explains on that site though. If you have trouble just post here and someone will help.

My ion is leaking from the vent hole of the solenoid so i took it apart and my armature is no good. Any idea as to where I can get one?
