HELP! ion trouble!

hey ive put a black heart board in my ion,
gased up and go to shoot hit the triger and the gas that should shoot out the barrel shoots out a hole in a black plastic thing behind the trigger.
i dont know how to fix it or even why its doing it please help as i need to use it on sunday.

please help me

You've probably blown one of the banjo fittings or internal hoses. Take the marker apart (assuming you know how?) and see if you can see anything wrong. Sounds like quite a big leak so should be obvious - Look at the front banjo fitting directly above the regulator and check the hoses over.

not entirely sure where you mentioned but swap the banjo's over and make sure the tubing to the board is securely on,whenever my ion leaks i do this and it usualy sorts it out.

its leaking from the board its self the banjos are on fine and the hoses are all ok

thats were the gas comes out but it only comes out when the trigget is pulled. it comes out there instead of down the barrel

Check in this order.

Change battery

Hoses are attatched to the correct barbs

Remove clip around solenoid and ensure that poppit moves freely (do not lube)

Failing that it could be a bad board.

Failing that it could be a bad board.- it worked fine yesterday just took it apart to put new detents in put it bk together and it doesent work

What is the pressure going into the marker? Needs to be sub 200 psi.

The poppit is housed within the solenoid. You need to remove the goldy coloured clip from the noid to access.

I had exactly the same fault with a low battery. So double check that.

How much air? I believe it is supposed to vent a small amount of air.
Its been a while since I pulled one appart!
