Yes they are going through a divorce but I said that they refused to lend me any more
An what happens if a letter hasn't got the right amount on it btw? As I only put a first class stamp on the letter as the trigger is quite thin;(
Would that've been enough???

To be honest mate I want to kow if the MOD's think I'm entitled to a full refund as it has become very apparent that you lied about having no money or means to pay me back. I have had people contact me via PM telling me that you have means to pay me back and that I should pursue a full refund if I'm not happy.... which i'm not. I appreciate these people who contacted me in confidence are not MOD's and therefore there opinions really count for very little on here, but they have still pointed out several things to me that have made me believe that you are bending the truth. Yes we did come to an agreement but you lied to me to get me to agree to it just as you lied to me to sell me the marker. To be honest I feel you took my £220 and put it towards an ego therefore as you agreed the marker was not as advertised in the sale thread you should sell what you have bought with my money to pay me back. But we shall see what the MOD's have to say first as obviously my opinion is tainted because its my opinion as is your opinion so a third party I feel is neccesary.

Coolcamel, you seam to be a little OTT here. First off you have bought a second hand marker, which is 3 years old. The photo's in the thread clearly show the condition of the marker to a degree. Which you have satisfied your self with before parting with your money.
So on receiving the marker you then go in to a talks with the seller. He then tries to help out and and offers you a part refund. Which you again agree to.
He has also said he has sent out the trigger and offered to refund you for the trigger if it dosent arrive. All of which seams to be very reasonable from the seller. Which i am happy with. He seams to be doing every thing to help you out.

Now i think you have recived the marker and are just not happy and want your money back. I think you need to realized your buying second hand goods.

I have spoken to cool3108 and he has said he is away at the moment, so i think that rather than keeping banging your drum you should try and work it out with the seller when he returns. As he seams more than reasonable to me.
