Yes, bringing a caravan is fine - there is plenty of room for them and access is good.

Somehow I doubt it
Running Rec-ball along side a Tourney takes a lot off resources on any site - Skirmish, Notts used to do it but even they have stopped doing both.
Tourney fields are in use most of the time so are not available.The only time they could be free is before or after the days event, but they are unsupervised and therefore off limits to anyone with a marker as teams normally use this time to walk the fields
