chriss - probably should have asked the question in a new thread in tech section, or the newbie one.
Anyway - thundercats - seals will be the main problem as they are likely to have sat around for a while but oil or new seals shouldn't be hard to find, if they have been used for years the sears might have worn down in the triggers, way to check is to c**k them and see if they stay c**ked without you pulling the trigger, if they don't avoid buying.
Pumps are likely to be nelson based (trracers or maveriks or the like), most of the time the only thing that will be wrong with them is the cup seal in the valve, pain to get hold of spares so if you connect a bottle and leaks down the barrel onces you've pumped it and fired they aren't worth buying. If they are made of brass then they aren't a nelson based design, they are likely to be sheridans or sterlings, I've not had a sterling apart so can't help with them but spares can be had for sheridans from palmer pursuits in the states (pricy though).
