Once again Steve Bull has managed to eclipse even some of previous excellent tourney with a mini Campaign at S****horpe yesterday.
The tourney was held in an Athletics Stadium which had excellent changing faciliities and viewing facilities too.
3 Sup'Air fields were used and although the turn out of teams (about 30 I think) was a little disapointing, I think this was purely down to Campaign being held in 2 weeks time.
Anyway the Stadium was terrific, lovely weather, and to top it all we got 2nd place overall, only losing to those 'jammy arabs' from Banzai in the finals, I'm sure those new E Blades they were testing are not Tourney legal
Not a bad performance from oursleves seeing as though we had one player who was playing in his 1st tourney and another in about his 4th.
Thanks to everyone in Division C for some great games amd also the guys from Airforce 1 who once again supported a fantastic tourney with quality air fills!
Surely STB next year warrants a venue like this? What are the chances Steve?
Hope to see you all at the last leg of the S2002 series 'up North' (thank god, I'll get a decent lie in for a change!)
