Watch this video, then tell me that paintball wasn't more exciting back in the day?

Sure, players a technically more proficient these days but where's the excitement? The controversy? What can we do about it?

Nah, top level Pro games are not more boring, they are still extremely exciting IMO. Watch any NXL final game, always really good. Problem is at the lower levels, it's always boring to watch. Was back then, still is now. Just a couple tournies ago, RL came back from being down on points to bring the game level with a few seconds on the clock, and won a point in 9 seconds to go through to the next round against prob the best team out there. I was leaping round my house like a nutter, launched my headset across the room. Was fantastic!
