They are available from teh NHS now, in selective places...a friend of mine was very poorly..after they tried everything, the Quacks said he needed a Brain Transplant.
Cutting edge, and risky..naturally...but there you go...I was there comforting the family at the time, he mentioned Prices...£5000 for a male brain and £200 for a female brain.
It was quite tough, coz all teh guys were looking at each other, trying not to laugh..so, I put my Jack Dee face on and asked, why such a difference in price.
The Doc said, they have to charge less for the female brains, as they have actually been used.
So there you go...

im told that a lot of male brain problems stem from the fact that whilst god gave us both a cock and a brain, we unfortuantly only have enough blood to run one at a time 
Thats right...it has caused problems for me...while up poles etc on a Sunday morning you can see certain things on occasion, and a Lob On of that sheer size, used to cause me to pass out, due to the lack of blood above my waist...so...there I would be hanging unconscious from a pole, 40 ft off the ground.
Which caused people to stare, then of course they notice that despite my somewhat limp, bodily appearance, somehow my leg still was able to project away from my body at around 75 degrees
