The torque doesnt have eyes does it?

No, It works with a slipper clutch via magnets.

so it's continuesly rotating?

Out of the box yes, but there is a mod that stop the clutch working if you prefer it that way.

Its a DIY fix and costs nowt.

Check youtube, some videos on there, i modded one of mine and have had no problems with feeding, batteries or fragile paint breaking.
