Halos direct from Oddesey?

waited nearly 2,5 months to get two shells and a board and some little bits!

but the guy at odyssey suspected that the packet was lost at mail so when it finally arrived i checked the shipping date and it said that it had been sent a week earlier...so either they are understaffed or **** happens!

but as paul said really helpfull and nice people but understaffed!


oh and everypacket gets stopped when it comes from the U.S dunno if you have to pay if its marked as warranty but it gets stopped anyway at least that is what the guy at customs told me!

im still waitning on a halo shell i ordered a month ago, have emailed a couple of times....come to think of it they aint answered the last one will try again later.

as for every package getting stopped at customs, my tutle body certainly did but sailed thru without getting a tax bill

Just a note on the import and vat bits, if the item is less that (I think £15 in value you dont pay import tax or VAT.

You mean they reply to your e-mails must be preferential treatment, have e-mailed them 4 times in past few weeks without a response.

yeah i had quite a few unanswered......i think that unless they have good news to tell you they just bin your emails!
