Here is my Flecktarn camo halo:

Painted it with Humbrol enamel paint for model kits, and added matt varnish to protect the paintjob. This stuff also works great on hard plastics, like this V-Force shield:

Same deal, paint with brush and using a airbrush to apply the varnish. Only bad thing about this stuff is it is succeptible to staining, so you have to clean hits off right away, or it leaves a few lighter spots in the finish.

Also painted this halo with 2-color fade paint (purple metallic to green metallic fade) It's polycarbonate paint used for painting RC car bodies, and sticks incredibly well to halo shells (paint it on the inside for best result) Another good thing is that this spray paint comes in a can, and is resistant to paintball fill. Regular spray paint is not, and if you break a ball in your hopper, say goodbye to your spanking good agg paintjob because the fill of the paintball will dissolve the spray paint.
I also did this profiler with the same paint, you can see the 2-color effect better on these pics:

Unfortunantly i sold the straps, and will probably repaint it into camo soon.. I hardly play speedball, so i don't have need for a agg mask. (and 30jr old's don't have to be agg)
Color is PS-46 Translucent purple from Tamiya, available in any hobby shop that has RC cars and it comes in alot of different colors. Get the PS series, not the TS!!! (PS: Polycarbonate Spray) The translucent colors have to be backed with PS-5 black to bring out the effect. Without it looks a bit like light purple metallic varnish. The thickness of the coat determens the effect, light coat is black with a haze of purple/green, thick will give you more color.

This one i'm currently working on... The result is a bit to light, but i can darken it a bit before i add the varnish. Still a work in progress, so the colors are not final yet.
And if you were wondering: my previous hobby before paintball was RC cars..
