15+ bps.
Ok posted this in another thread because got mixed up

"while the EVO has speed during long strings, because there is no tension behind the ball stack you still have a delay before the sensing of the gap and the motor spinning to catch up.

This means that for the first couple of balls the feed rate is limited by gravity (which gives tops bps of about 12-13). Therefore if you were to double tap at effectively 17 or 18bps which is very easy then the Evo could not keep up.

Therefore the Evo will not be as fast as "ACTUALLY SHOOT ON THE FIELD" in all situations, only when averaged over long strings does it hold up.

Plus, if you are thinking of an Evo on a closed bolt marker, then it limits your ROF as the bolt will cycle every 1/nth of a sec when n is your max bps setting. As you have to set that n to take accoutn of that initial delay, especially when double tapping/ snap shooting then your hopper is still holding you back

Only the HALO keeps up in all situations so is a very good piece of kit and well worth the money if you want the best."

yeh i have to agree with beaker the evo doesnt force feed every single ball into the breech under spring tension, so bursts of fire result in chops, unlike the halo......

A few of our team are getting them too, so we will elt you know how the Evo 2 holds up.

Is it true that a turbo board is coming out for the Evo 2, and if so, how will that affect the performance gap that exists between the Evo 2 and the HALO?

Strongly rumoured yes, ive read that they where meant to come out at Huntingdon. Apparantley the board makes the evo capable of 22bps but im very sceptical about it!

Nice
about HALO out of stock...

This is the answer I got from Albert.

It also answer to one question from Manike:

Hi Cedric,

The problem we are having now is that we can't get motors. Most of the small
electric motors built in the world today come from Asia. We have orders in
with a half dozen different manufactures not to mention vendors for other
manufactures and we can't get any in our hands. Apparently there is some
kind of shortage. We have been told by a couple vendors we should have
motors in our hands by the middle of the month. Once we get the motors in
significant quantity we can go into full production.

The RipDrive will only be offered as a mod to the HALO's. At this time, we
don't plan to manufacture HALO's with the RipDrive installed.

Ok got it today, first impression was "im going to snap the battery compartmant lid off" cause its incredibley wobbly and looks like its ready to fall off!

The hopper lid is a good idea, staying open when you fill it - then springs shut when youve finished.

I have fired 100 balls through it and the speed did impress me. (very technical i know)

Ill tell you all if ive snapped the neck on sunday, cause one of our main drills is movement - which involves facediving into snakes for about 20 minutes solid.

My bet is that it will snap. (cause thats just my luck:()

Give it a full test run for us Burb. I am very interested in how it performs because I will be getting one very soon!

Give it hell for us, and I wait for your field report :D

i have both a halo b and an evo 2, without them i just get soup out the end of the barrels!! the halo is quicker marginally and keeps up better with long strings but i have found it is not that reliable. twice for no reason with fresh batteries it has simply stopped. they are not the easiest thing to strip and rebuild either especiallyu at the side of a muddy field.
12v revvy with x board has nerver let me down and neither has the evo 2. the halo has.
so in my opinion the halo is the fastest but that extra 3 bps doesn't help much if its not working at all!
