Twas my thinking (that or a broken wire) All plugged to baord still so ill have a look at the harness and see what I can find
hmmm mine is fine now. i changed the batteries and didnt overfill the loader. seems mine was user error 
When using Halo or Re-Loader hoppers a couple of rules apply.
Do not over fill, the balls need to be able to move around inside the loader or you will get a jam.
When changing batteries :
Firstly DO NOT use cheap batteries, use good alkaline cells not cheap supermarket or value batteries.
Secondly be careful not to tug on the connectors or you will un-plug the connector.
Thirdly be careful not to "pinch" any wires as that will cost you a new wiring loom.

Over filling does not just apply to Halo's / reloaders, it happends to any loader, even my pulse
A good thing to do is also take your batteries out after a days play, leaving them in there in halo's , the stock board draws a small current from them , even when not switched on.
