halo b, or vlocity something similiar

hi all a team mate is after a loader halo b, vlocity ect, ive shown him the vl stuff with eyes ect which is in his price range for new, but he doesnt like the look of those so he's offering 25 pounds or near that price including delivery for a 2nd hand loader which must be fully working
hes running an slg with a lucky board and the loader must be capable of doing 15bps
