If you put the gun away and it was working fine, it might be that the battery is flat or needs recharging (Spyders come with a re chargable one right?)

If not then, make sure everything is nice and clean and lubed up right :)

Had a look at the gun diagram and it looks like it has very similar internals to my mates piranha.
Try taking the internals out and clean any paint or muck of the cocking bolt and the inside of the gun, re-lube, re-assemble, then try firing again.
As Graham said, also check the battery

the battery is fine, its 100% ok, it seems more of a mechanical fault, it just doesnt recock itself at all, you get one shot then you have to recock it, i tried my air bottle on my mates and he fired at full auto with no problems

stupid question, but how do i get the bolt out of the gun ? i can take the rear of the gun out, but the bolt has like a screw that you hold to cock it back with, that just hits the back of the gun when i try to remove the bolt

Have a look to see if the striker o-ring is dirty or damaged. if it won't re-cock there is a chance that it could be that. When you say hitting the back of the gun, do you mean the rail, or the part between the upper tube and the lower tube? (if i'm talking sh*te it's because i'm basing it on my old JT, which is very similar)

wait a second, i know what one you're talking about. you just pull the pin upwards and out, so it come completely out, allowing you to remove the striker and bolt
