Has anyone had a gun lost in the post that isnt special or recorded delivery? Did you get it back/recive compensation?

if anything is lost in the post you DONT recieve compensation unless it has gone special delivery, or you pay extra for insurance

ive had stuff ive sent come back to me 3 weeks later, dumb arses read the senders address as the person to send it to
also had letters come back with tyre marks on them, or totally soaked through
its always a good idea to put your address on it just incase it cant get to the other person

weedave , i no send a guy a geddon setup and it got losted in the post , took ages but he got money back from post office but yea u gotta pay for da insurance and its only a few pounds
see the thing is, its in the post. sent on thursday and hasnt arrived yet (going to southhampton). I didnt pay for insurance (im a dick i know) and im now very scared. plus its only gone first class............
i always send expensive stuff by special delivery, unless its over 2 kg's (18 feckin quid!!!) so then i send it recorded and pay for insurance, as chunk says, only a couple of quid and it could save you £££'s

There is no post on Sundays anyway, and it's most likely to take 3 days to go threw the postal System. It should come tomorro
