Yea o-rings, and burst disks blow up :) sometimes the o-ring on the inside of the fill nipple goes and you get a jet of air from there. The tanks actually won't burst until over 12,000 psi.

I own an etek 4 and I have nothing but praise for it and would deafinatly recommend it bud. The Etha is slightly lighter and quieter than the etek but I find with the open bolt on the etek if a ball breaks in the barrol just pull the bolt out the back an run a squeegee through it and your good ta go pretty quickly.

I know a few people with the etek 4 and I know they love it. Easy maintenance and with a few upgrades, such as a soft bolt (whats the technical word?) It becomes even better. However I understand that they had consistent issues with the barrel bore size until they bought a freak kit, though I dont know if this is a pronlem with every tourney marker.

I thought I would there my 2 pence into this discussion but out turns out I know even less than I thought.

Definitely buy a good mask before you jump in and buy a marker. Try on as many different ones as you can before deciding to purchase, that way you can get a mask that is comfortable for you.

I also shoot an Etek 4 and I love it! It takes maybe all of 3 minutes to take apart, clean and reassemble and has been bulletproof reliable since the day I bought it. I've also never had a break but then again, I don't shoot the most fragile paint being a scenario player :p The only complaint I've really got is the sound profile as it can be quite loud but that's not such a huge issue and as for barrel sizing, I found that a couple of extra Shaft4 backs solved that issue for me. I'd definitely go for the Etek over the Etha :)

Great thanks

So everyone is saying Etek 4 :) That's that decision made.

I guess I will need a different barrell? I am confused by sizing the paint to the barrell and stuff as it is... Paintball is sooooooooooooo confusing lol

Don't worry about sizing straight away

Shoot with the barrel that comes with it
Paint will fire from any barrel, when you decide at a later date either begin a barrel collection or get a sizing set
There are valid arguments for the closest barrel match, over bore or under bore
You only have a barrel problem if the balls roll out of the barrel or get stuck

I guess I will concentrate on Marker, Googles and Hopper for now :)
