You might also consider a Tippman 98 custom. They are relatively low priced (I can't help you with specific prices in England), and extremely reliable. They can be upgraded if you like and are truly a very good all around starting marker. After you own your first marker for a bit and decide that you really like to play, then you can start looking into some of the higher end tourney-grade equipment.
