If the Mills dont allow them do the NSPL allow them?

I am quite sure that the NSPL dont allow gun graffiti, as they follow Millenium rules. I seem to remember a guy having to take it off at Reading on the 22nd April.

Yeah that was me guys, they only seemed worried on one of the fields though, but they did let me leave it on as they could not pull it off the barrel, still interested in more though
