Do you know if the 8 clips work in the 8.1?

No mate they won't just found this

To be clear an 8.1 mag is First Strike and can be used in either gun.

The FS rounds can only be used in the 8 if it is equiped with the FS barrel.

The 8.1 mag can either use regular non-FS paintballs or FS rounds.

The old 8 mags can NOT be used in the 8.1 gun.
