Best advice ? - Try before you buy. Try what marker suits you. Then you pick!

Etek/Ego - Well not alot to say about these markers, just that planet make them awsum. Easy to maintain and spot on customer service from planet A+++

SLG/PMR/Proto markers - Great guns if you can maintain them well such as not over lubeing the marker etc. Service i found was spot on aswell.

Your choice mate. I personaly would go 2nd hand etek/ other planet marker due to the service you get and easy to maintane very reliable marker. Every one on here takes care (Most:p) of there equipment that they sell and the new rules help with the must on the photo's but if you can collect and try it do it!

Your choice.. thats my 2p ;)

You cant go wrong with an Ego. I have its slightly less gucci baby brother, the ETEK2 and i am totally sold on the marker. Simply superb. As someone told me the other day on this forum. Eclipse never made a "bad" Ego. Theres plenty 05's on here for a very reasonable price, sometimes with a good few upgrades.

Little tip on searching the classifieds here, make sure you scan back about 2-3wks of classifieds. Stuff get bounced back with every new post so you can literally find some "buried treasure" amongst the sales pages where stuff has just been pushed back and folks cant be bothered to scan through it.

Good luck with you purchase mate. You wont regret it. And enjoy playing with it:)
