Goggles Warning

Hi there
Is this a load of tosh just to make more money


NEVER allow paint to remain on your goggles or lens
overnight or it will weaken the lens and cause faliure!

Always throw away and replace the lens when shot at 10 feet or less.never continue play with a lens that has taken a hit at high impact.


Seems a bit strange to me!

my marshalls lens has never been changed and i've had it over a year, cleaned it twice and always left paint on it over night and been shot many times from less than 10 feet away. i probably gonna die soon. it think it could depend on the type of paint. e.g non toxic wdp victory, chronic, or toxic e.g. old skool zap and diablo which was a bitch to get off anyrthing. i agree tho i should take more care of my lenses

Manufacturers covering their backs- think about it, constant hits must damage the lense if not macroscopically then microscopically.

At the end of the day, it's your eye-sight guys....

yeah, its largely them covering their own asses, but their is some truth. personally i clean my lens after a days play, itt may not degrade the lens but paint does stain it eventually.
the 'within ten feet' thing is only for certain styles, i'v been shot point blank in the gogg's marshalling and i still use the lens, in fact i've made a hobby out of gettin gogged marshalling.
just be observant, if you see a crack appearing replace th lens.
as he(^) said, it's your eye sight dude.

Field 3,think it was you who came in 2 mug our simon,yer gun jammed at that critical moment!!so did si,s!!he then started throwing p.balls at you then came into mug you forgot his gun was still jammed promptly turned around and legged it back to his bunker!!!!well......we who were watching abserlootly frickin pissed ourselves laughing so did about 40 others....did anyone else see this clash of the titans!better than lanche versus dynasty or yer money back....c u at the indoor...Brian
